3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others

4.1 Generated Images

• You retain rights to the images generated using your likeness
• HeadshotKiwi maintains ownership of the AI technology and algorithms

4.2 User Content

• You maintain ownership of any content you upload to the Service

5.1 Data Collection

• We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• User images and data may be used to train and improve our AI models
• You can request deletion of your data as per applicable privacy laws

5.2 Data Security

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
• We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet

6.1 Payment Structure

• The Service operates on a one-time payment basis for each batch of headshots
• Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase
• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers

6.2 Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Request submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Generated images fail to meet our quality standards
• Technical issues prevent image generation
• Service unavailability during your generation attempt

To request a refund:

• Contact support@headshot.kiwi with your order details
• Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

6.3 Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The 7-day refund window has expired
• Images have been downloaded or used commercially
• Quality issues result from poor-quality input images
• Terms of Service have been violated

7.1 Service Warranty

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of generated images

7.2 Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
